Check spam — the download email comes from receipts@humanresourcely.com. If it's not there, email support@humanresourcely.com with your order number and we'll resend the link manually.

Can you customise a document for our company?

The documents are intentionally not custom — they're starting points. If you need a heavily customised version, you'll get better results taking the template to your employment counsel than to us. We can answer questions about the rationale behind specific clauses, though.

Do you offer refunds?

Within 14 days, if the document doesn't cover what its product page said it would, full refund. Outside that window or for buyer's remorse — no. Each document is a fully delivered digital good.

We want to bulk-purchase for our team.

Each $49 purchase comes with a single-buyer licence — usable within your organisation. If you're buying 10+ documents in one order, email sales@humanresourcely.com and we'll set up a single invoice. No bulk discount, but one invoice instead of ten.

How long until you respond?

One business day for support questions. Two business days for legal, partnership, or media questions. Faster than that for billing issues, normally.
