The short version
Email us at hello@humanresourcely.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund without asking why. This applies to every document you buy.
The longer version
We sell professionally drafted HR documents at $49 each. The product is good if it fits your situation and not so good if it doesn't. We would rather refund the few who needed something different than have anyone hold a document they aren't using.
Single-document purchases
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase, on request.
- After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion — usually granted for genuine product issues (file corrupted, document materially different from the preview, etc.).
- You keep any document you downloaded — we will not invalidate or remove access. The refund is the money back.
How to request
Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@humanresourcely.com from the email on the order. Include the order number from the receipt. We process refunds within 5 business days; your card issuer may take longer to reflect it.
